SEMAT SEMPURNA Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-owned Integrated Facilities Management and Maintenance company originally conceptualized in 2019, shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic exposed severe weaknesses in the condition, resilience, and upkeep of commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and key infrastructure worldwide. Although formally incorporated in 2025, the company stands on several years of operational experience accumulated through AI Fath Tech Enterprise.
SEMAT SEMPURNA was established as part of AI Fath Tech’s expansion and scale-up journey, transforming a strong technical and engineering foundation into a well-structured corporate entity.
